You must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in order to use the website. They are for your protection and outline our obligations to you, the client. Customers may elect to register their billing details with Tesoro, this allows for a faster process when you order next time.
Please note Tesoro does not store credit card details. Customers will be required to re-enter this information for each new order.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
The below policies relate to the Tesoro online store only.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Australia: All Tesoro online purchases are sent Australia Post Express. We’re pleased to inform you shipping is FREE for all purchases. In Australia, please allow 4 to 5 business days for ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to advise of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept PO Box delivery addresses as a physical signature is required on delivery. If an item is not in stock, delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks – you will be advised of this after your order is processed.
Delivery of Your Goods Within Australia
All parcels require someone to sign for them upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the goods, you will be required to rearrange delivery time via Australia Post to collect and sign for your order. Or visit your nearest Post Office location.
To ensure fast delivery of your goods and avoid delays. It is preferable (where possible) to use a business address where someone is available to sign for items at any time.
You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an “authority to leave”. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Tesoro is not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your “authority to leave” or not signed for by someone at your premises.
Australia Post and DHL post parcels may or may not be left at an unattended site depending on the service. Tesoro takes no responsibility for goods left at an unattended site.
International Deliveries (Incl New Zealand)
Tesoro ships internationally. If you require assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] or 0417 159 141.
Postage to New Zealand is a flat rate of AU$40. We will contact you to advise a shipping cost if applicable for other items.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Australia: At Tesoro, we pride ourselves on the quality of our product. For this reason, we offer ‘change of mind’ returns for store credit. Returns are eligible on all products.
Returns must be sent back to Tesoro within 2 weeks from the Australia post delivery date. Your item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Australia returns process:
- Organise your piece in its Tesoro box to be sent back via Australia Post platinum express post or registered post. Send to:

- Include a copy of your details within the parcel, so we can identify you.
Once your item has been sent, please allow 2 weeks for Tesoro to receive & process your return. Change of mind returns can only be processed if these instructions have been precisely followed. Customers are liable for return postage on change of mind returns.
Rest of world: For our customers outside of Australia, returns & exchanges are only free if your item is deemed to be faulty. For ‘change of mind’ or incorrect sizes, etc – international customers must cover the cost of postage. Tesoro will not be liable for goods lost during transit.
Returns process for customers outside Australia:
- Contact Tesoro via the contact tab of our website
- Specify the reason for your return
- We will reply with instructions
We do not provide refunds for change of mind on goods purchased, but will happily provide an exchange. All goods must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange to be issued. You will be responsible for any shipping costs on change of mind exchanges.
Whilst every attempt is undertaken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect conditions, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact Tesoro within 48 hours to advise us of damaged goods. All Tesoro products are covered for manufacturing faults by a 6 month international warranty. Should your Tesoro product present a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us at [email protected] or on 0417 159 141. This is at no charge to you. A new item will be sent to you as soon as returned goods are received and assessed.
All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (you will be contacted if product is not available within our standard shipping times). If you require multiple shipments, please contact Tesoro on [email protected] 0417 159 141 so we can assist you. Multiple shipments will incur additional charges.
Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.
If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise of approximate availability of stock.
Tesoro accept Visa, Mastercard, and direct debit cards via secure online facility.
If a credit card has been declined at the time of entry Tesoro will not receive any notification of the order having being placed.
Please note that we do not store credit card details. Registered customers will be required to re-enter these for each new transaction.
In some instances, to protect you from Credit card fraud Tesoro may require further verification information to be provided. A staff member will be in contact with you should this be required. Examples include but are not limited to, multiple declining of card for an order, delivery address unable to be verified, high valued items.
Please note that Sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Law.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. We may choose to not fill any orders (or part of an order) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. We will contact you as soon as practical should we be unable to fulfil your order.
Tesoro may limit the number of items supplied per customer at our discretion.
Tesoro, its representatives and associated agents are not liable to you or any other for any loss in connection with the use of this Website or a Linked Web Site. This general disclaimer is not restricted or modified by any of the following specific warnings and disclaimers.
Exclusion of Liability and Overall Disclaimer
The materials and information provided on this Site and related communications are provided on and “as is” basis. Tesoro assumes no responsibility for, and makes no representations to you or any other person with respect to the accuracy of the information on this Site. Subject to any non-excludable provisions in the Trade Practices Act, 1974 (Australia), Tesoro expressly disclaims any implied or express warranties or conditions of any kind, including warranties of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights relating to information or materials accessible from or on this Site. Tesoro shall not be liable to you for any damages whatsoever including, but without limitation, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, and including, but without limitation, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the materials or information presented on this Site, loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information systems or costs of replacement goods, or otherwise, even if Tesoro is expressly advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.
The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by Tesoro and Tesoro may terminate this agreement and your access to the Site at any time without notice. In the event of termination you are no longer authorised to access the Site, but all restrictions imposed on you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms and Conditions will survive.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions derogates from Tesoro’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by Tesoro with respect to that use.
Tesoro own and reserve all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyright in the Online Shop and the Content and or any services provided by this Online Shop. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing set out in these Terms shall be construed as conferring to you any license or right, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property laws. You agree that the Content and Online Shop are protected by the laws relating to copyright, trademarks and intellectual property generally.
